How to Order

Due to the organic and handmade nature of our materials they vary from stone to stone and bead to bead. Each stone or bead is unique and all our lariats are designed in our studio in Bristol. They are individually crafted, hence each lariat is slightly different from the next. The pictures shown on the website are samples: each lariat produced from our workshop will have an unique selection of beads but will be as close to the image as possible.

Precautions: Please avoid direct contact with alcohol based products - such as perfume and hairspray and take off your Truly Scrumptious Jewellery before swimming etc. Truly Scrumptious aims to provide excellent service and we are always happy to hear your comments.

Ordering

Placing an order could not be easier. Use your email and password to log in and start browsing our collection in the "our jewellery" section, then add any items that you wish to buy in your basket.

As a returning customer, you can also access your previous orders and browse for your next order.

After you have finished your selection, click on "complete order". You will then receive an email to confirm your order.

When products are in stock orders are usually dispatched within 5 to 7 working days after receiving the confirmation email. Information will be displayed if an item is out of stock or discontinued.

Out of stock items can be back ordered and will take up to 6 weeks to be delivered. For discontinued item, you can contact us so we can advice on a replacement product.

Postage and Packaging

All orders are posted "special delivery" unless otherwise agreed.

Return Policy

Truly Scrumptious is committed to providing high quality products. Goods are handmade and if faulty or defective Truly Scrumptious offers a full refund provided we are notified of the defective goods (by email or letter) within 4 days of receipt and the goods are returned within 7 days.

Delivery/Postage for returns will be at the customer's expense unless the jewellery is faulty.

Trade Customers

Please note that first orders are proforma. Other orders will include a sales invoice which is payable within 21 days.

For Mainland Great Britain - England, Scotland and Wales - £6.00 for orders under £250, and free postage for orders over £250.

For all other destinations please email us for a quote before placing the order.
